She has worked in fast-paced, client-facing roles where attention to detail and followthrough matter. She understands that your time is valuable. She operates with structure and consistency, so your experience feels seamless.
Before joining PFS, Roxy held roles with a major engineering IT consulting firm and leadership positions where she managed scheduling, client communication, and daily
operations in high-volume environments.
Roxy earned her Bachelor of Arts from DePaul University. She is fluent in English and conversational in Serbian.
