FC Naples Disclosure

Effective August 26, 2024, Preferred Financial Services, Inc. (“PFS”) and FC Naples USL LLC (“FC Naples”) entered into a sponsorship agreement (“Sponsorship Agreement”) wherein PFS is the recipient of certain sponsorship rights, including use of the designations “Official Wealth Management Partner of FC Naples” and “Community Partner of FC Naples” for use in PFS approved advertising. In connection with such agreement, PFS may also receive other benefits, including advertising placements on FC Naples websites, advertisements at FC Naples sporting events, and promotional events of FC Naples. As consideration for this agreement and the aforementioned benefits, PFS is obligated to pay FC Naples per the terms of such agreement fees of $75,000 for 2025, $78,750 for 2026 (if applicable), and $82,687.50 for 2027 (if applicable).
